What’s new for 2020 + Journal Entry ~ the war years!

written by Lee Strauss | Ginger Gold Mysteries

January 9, 2020

I love January and September for the same reason; it's a time of reflection for what has happened and what is hoped for. 2019 was a comfortably uneventful year. Unlike 2018, which involved moving (bad stress), a wedding (good stress), and forest fires (bad stress), nothing out of the ordinary happened last year.

Norm and I enjoyed condo living, starting co-writing, and started full-time snow birding from our new-to-us RV in Mexico. The most exciting and wonderful thing happened at the very end of the year when all our kids joined us for a week of fun in the sun.

Professionally, I'm excited about 2020. Not only will there be more Ginger Gold Mysteries, but I'm releasing a brand new series set in the 1950s, co-written by Norm and my friend, author Denise Jaden. More on that to come!

My wish and prayer for you is that your 2020 will be uneventful and exciting in the very best ways!

Ps. I've been working on a special Valentine's project that I think you'll love. 💝 Stay tuned!

3 Weeks Until… Get Ready!

Murder’s a Deadly Secret

Mrs. Ginger Reed—the former Lady Gold—thought her past was dead and buried, but when the mysterious death of a British Secret Service agent threatens to expose her own Great War secrets, she’s faced with an unimaginable dilemma: break her legal vow to the Official Secrets Act or join the agency again, something she’s loathed to do.

Because once they own your soul, there’s no getting it back.

To celebrate the upcoming release of the 12th Ginger Gold Mystery I'm giving away a personalized PAPERBACK edition of Murder on Fleet Street. I'm also throwing in a $50 Paypal cash bonus. Good luck!

  1. I am anxious to read your new 1950’s series as those were my high school and college years. What will you write about? Hmmm So many things I can think about.

  2. It doesn’t matter what else is happening in the world, the one constant is you will find Lee Strauss is ready to entertain us readers with another fabulous cozey from the past. Kat
